Fungisai Nota, PhD, MPH, CCEP, HCLM
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Dr. Nota is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and business development of PSS. He is a seasoned healthcare professional with experience in establishing and leading retail and 340B contract pharmacies in several states across the country. In addition to holding a PhD in Applied Economics and a Masters degree in Public Health, he is passionate about compliance and ethics and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). Dr. Nota also guides several 340B covered entities in building, optimizing, and maintaining compliance across the country.
Preeti Philip, PharmD, AAHIVP, 340B ACE
Chief Operations Specialist
Dr. Philip is a consultant pharmacist responsible for compliance and management of day to day operations of pharmacies under PSS. Her expertise is in audit readiness and the 340B program. She has broad experience in retail and 340B contract pharmacy management. She is certified as an HIV Pharmacist (AAHIVP) as well as a 340B ACE (Apexus Certified Expert). She holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. She is a licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania, California, and Florida.
Igdaliah Jackson, PharmD
Chief Licensing Specialist
Dr. Jackson is the licensing and credentialing specialist on the team. He has over 25 years of experience serving as a pharmacist and in leadership roles at some of the top retail chains in the United States. In addition, Dr. Jackson has established pharmacies in several states across the country. He holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from University of Toledo.
Samantha Horenstein, B.S
Health Analyst
Samantha is responsible for data collection and analysis at PSS. She is a graduate of University of North Carolina Charlotte and is passionate about making an impact and improving healthcare in the community.
